How to give an effect photo from PhotoScape /Autho Comeback/

Lama zekali sepertinya waktuku berhibernasi '-'
Nah, dihari kombek (?) ini, saya akan kesi tau lu lu pade cara ngasih ngasih effect foto di PhotoScape yang Y banget /\*-*
mau tau? bekicot! salah ding, check this out =D

Displaced effect

1. Buka PhotoScape, klik "Editor" dan tetap di kata "HOME"
2. Buka foto yang pengen diedit
3. Klik Filter -> Noise rediction -> High
4. Filter -> Smart Blur -> 5.5
5. Filter -> Film effect -> cross proccess -> Low
6. Sharpen -> 5
7. Filter -> Distorts -> Windows -> Set as below (Pilih kolor warna yang kamu pengenin)
